Addicts who are institutionalized and unable to attend meetings often have their first experience with Narcotics Anonymous thanks to a panel from Hospitals and Institutions.
Recovering addicts carry the message into residential drug treatment centers, jails, mental institutions, and other facilities.
Having an opportunity to bring the gift of hope to an addict who is suffering, and is unable to go out to meeting is an amazing experience.

Current Los Angeles County Sheriffs Clearance holders:
If you already have a clearance, there are 2 biennial tasks that must be performed, by you, to maintain it.
Please complete these tasks in the following order:
1. You must complete the orientation video online biennially (click)
After completing task 1 then proceed to task 2;
2. Download, then fill and submit the biennial update form (click)
