Greetings! Do you have an event that you would like posted on the Regional Activities Page?
This is where you want to be. A simple check of your flyer prior to uploading it may be the single most important thing to have your event quickly posted. All events must be events hosted by either Groups or Areas in the Southern California Region or events hosted by NA World Services. This is to insure the accuracy of any events posted.
Here is a short overview of the event submission process.
- Enter your name and email. Your phone number is optional but it may help.
- Enter the name of your event and, in the next field, who is hosting it.
- Enter the date of your event. Enter the starting time and an ending time.
- If your event is more than a single day event, enter an end date.
- Enter the name of the event venue followed by the address.
- Select the event type. If your event requires pre-registration or advance ticket purchases it is a “Special” event. If it is a marathon meeting(s), select “Marathon”.
- Upload your flier next. If you do not have a flier you can put all the information on a piece of paper and upload that. But seriously, why no flier?
- For your event to be posted you will need to have event insurance which can be purchased from the Regional Service Office. Virtual events are the only exception. Check the box to acknowledge that you understand that.
- The final step requires some basic knowledge of farm animals. Specifically a common cow.
- If you have successfully completed the form you will see the Submit button appear. Congratulations and thanks for submitting your event.
