Youth Committee
Meets at the RSO on the 4th Sunday of the Month @ 1PM.
Our goal as the Southern California Regional Narcotics Anonymous Youth Committee is to support the Groups we serve in their efforts to further our Fellowships Primary Purpose—to carry the message to the still-suffering addict. We believe the NAYC will promote unity within the Fellowship by giving young people a voice in service and a sense of belonging within the community of Narcotics Anonymous as a whole. The NAYC will serve to encourage young addicts to get involved in their recovery enough to care about others, as well as themselves by providing services to the Fellowship. By setting an example, the Trusted Servants of the NAYC will show young addicts that being of service, and giving back is part of how we stay clean. This Committee will give young recovering addicts an opportunity to be introduced to Regional Services, such as: Hospitals and Institutions, Public Information, Phone Lines and outreach by mentors who are their peers; ultimately the NAYC helps young addicts lay the foundation for future service positions in NA.

* Except during the months of January, May, and September when the PI, Phonelines and Website committees hold their respective meetings at the Regional Service Works Workshop which is held in various areas.
Please contact the RSO for more information.
